- Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platformn
- Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaignn
- Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spenn
- Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funneln
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structuren
- Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insightn
- Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convertn
- Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next stepn
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging advertising trendn




- Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 5 -6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketingn
- Agency experience is highly preferredn
- Strong expertise in:n
- Meta Ads Managern
- Google Adsn
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)n
- Google Tag Managern
- Search Consolen
- LinkedIn Adsn
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution modelsn
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reportingn
- Excellent analytical thinking with robust communication skilln
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude is a bonus.n
