- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Compliance Policies and MDM.n
- Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro administration and macOS endpoint management.n
- Advanced desktop management experience including SCCM/MECM, OS deployment and patch management.n
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.n
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.n
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.n
- ITIL process knowledge and robust communication skills.n
