nKey Responsibilities
nLead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Business Development team.
nDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
nGuide the team in lead generation, prospecting, and market research.
nParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and service demos.
nUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
nPrepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.




nBuild and maintain long-term client relationships.
nCoordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure seamless project execution.
nMonitor team performance, sales pipeline, and CRM updates.
nPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
nAchieve individual and team revenue targets.
nRequirements
n5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
nMinimum 3 years of experience in team handling.
nStrong expertise in market research, client presentations, service demos, and deal closures.
nExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
nGood understanding of Digital Marketing Services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
nExperience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
nSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of leading a high-performing team.
