Job DescriptionWe are hiring hardcore field sales professionals for our Freight Forwarding division (Air & Sea) across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi, and Mundra.
nThis is a pure hunting / field sales role — not inside sales, not a desk job. If you're comfortable knocking on doors, meeting importers/exporters face-to-face, building relationships in the field, and closing freight business, this is for you.

nWhat You'll Do

- Generate new business for Air & Sea freight forwarding services through direct field visits and client meetingsn
- Identify and develop leads with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies in your assigned territoryn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (import/export managers, logistics heads, owners of SMEs)n




- Achieve monthly/quarterly volume and revenue targets across air and ocean freightn
- Coordinate with operations/pricing teams to close and execute shipmentsn
- Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent market visits — this is a target-driven, on-ground rolen

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Minimum 2–6 years of hardcore field sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) — candidates from pure inside sales / telesales backgrounds will not be consideredn
- Existing client relationships/network in the freight forwarding industry preferredn
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region for client meetingsn
- Solid negotiation and closing skillsn
- Based in or willing to relocate.n
