Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nKimirica Hunter International LLP is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D; Associate to support the development and improvement of innovative personal care and hospitality products. The role involves formulation development, product evaluation, documentation, stability studies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
nKey Responsibiliti

- Develop and optimize formulations for personal care and hospitality products, including shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, soaps, hand wash, and other cosmetic productsn
- Conduct laboratory trials, product evaluations, and performance testing for new product development and reformulationsn
- Prepare product samples for internal reviews, customer evaluations, and commercial approvalsn
- Perform stability studies and maintain detailed records of observations and resultsn
- Coordinate with Procurement to evaluate and approve current raw materials and alternate ingredients.n




- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams during pilot batches and commercial scale-up.n
- Maintain formulation records, technical documentation, specifications, and development reportsn
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation and manufacturing-related issuesn
- Ensure all formulations comply with applicable regulatory and quality requirementn
- Stay updated on emerging ingredient technologies, market trends, and innovations within the cosmetics and personal care industryn
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and cost efficienccyn

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmeticsn

nExperience
n
- n
- 3+ years of experience in Research & Development within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.n

nPreferred Skills

- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation principles and raw mater
