Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team.
nRole Overview :
nIf you believe audits are not just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you.
nAs an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard.
nYou'll play a visible, hands-on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements.
nThis is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture.
nKey Responsibilities

- Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspectionsn
- Deliver onboard safety training to ship staffn
- Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparationn
- Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where neededn
- Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites, when requiredn




- Undertake additional HSEQ-related tasks as assigned by senior managementn

nEligibility & Experience

- n
- 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Marinern

nKnowledge Requirements

- Maritime rules and regulations including ISM / ISPS / MLCn
- SIRE 2.0n
- Rightship RISQ 3.2n
