nYou are the voice of Platestory to every customer. You'll understand what each celebration needs, present our work in a way that makes people fall in love with it, and close with warmth and professionalism — across three cities and growing.
nWhat You'll Do

- Engage customers across every channel — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram,



email — to understand the occasion and recommend the right creationn
- Own inbound inquiries end to end, with fast, polished, on-brand responsesn
- Build outbound and B2B pipeline — corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts — for predictable growth beyond walk-in demandn
- Know the full product range and pricing coldn
- Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead and interaction loggedn
- Hit and beat monthly targets across citiesn
- Drive customer delight that turns into five-star reviews, referrals, and repeat ordersn
- Take part in sales training and help organize promotional eventsn

nWhat You Bring

- Languages: Telugu, Tamil( basic, but not mandatory), and English — required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.n
- 0–2 years of sales experience; retail, hospitality, or food-service background is a plus. Sharp freshers with genuine hustle a
