You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, driving governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives translate into successful outcomes.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale transformation and change programs within Banking & Financial Services.n
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and change management activities.n
- Define, document,
and manage business and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle.n
- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, including Steering Committees (PSCs), Working Groups, and executive forums.n
- Manage project RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, business cases, investment approvals, and delivery metrics.n
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution.n
- Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.n
- Support multi-market initiatives and global delivery models.n
- Champion Agile ways of working and collaborate with distributed teams across regions.n
