nKey Responsibilities:
n• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders.
n• Drive campus placement activities, including internships and final placements.
n• Identify new recruiters and expand the employer network.
n• Coordinate with academic departments to align training programs with industry needs.
n• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development sessions.
n• Conduct soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation training for students.




n• Track placement data and prepare reports for management.
nRequirements:
n• Atleast 5–8 years of proven experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations.
n• Strong network with corporates and industry professionals.
n• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n• Experience in handling campus placements in universities or educational institutions preferred.
