Job DescriptionThe Resident Engineer (RE) shall work under the direction of the PMC Team Leader, who acts as the "Engineer" or Employer's Representative under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (1999 Red and/or Yellow Books) / Gold Book (2008).
nThe RE will be responsible for day‐to‐day on‐site supervision, contract administration, and technical oversight of construction works for large water infrastructure projects.
nThe RE shall ensure that the Contractor's works are executed in full compliance with the Contract, Employer's Requirements, Applicable Laws, IFI safeguards, and approved designs, with support from Site Inspectors, QA/QC Engineers, and discipline specialists.

n1. FIDIC Contract Administration

- Coordinate with discipline engineers and inspectors to ensure integrated supervision of civil, mechanical, electrical, and process works.n
- Monitor progress against approved baseline schedules and report deviations.n
