Key Responsibilities

1. Amenities & Development Execution

-

Execute and supervise STP works (civil, mechanical & plumbing coordination).

-

Supervise swimming pool construction, waterproofing, filtration systems, and finishing works.

-

Monitor clubhouse, gym, kids play area, pathways, compound wall, entrance plaza, and common amenities.

-

Coordinate landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and external development works.

2. Coordination & Planning

-

Coordinate with MEP, plumbing, electrical, landscape, and STP vendors.

-

Work closely with architects, consultants, and PMC for design and execution.

-

Prepare and track amenities work schedules.

3. Quality & Safety Control

-

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

-





Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.

-

Ensure safety compliance at site during execution of amenities works.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

-

Supervise amenities contractors and subcontractors.

-

Verify measurements, bills, and work progress.

-

Support contracts/QS team for certification of RA bills.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

-

Coordinate testing & commissioning of STP, swimming pool systems, and other amenities.

-

Ensure snag-free handover of amenities to operations/facility teams.

-

Support local authority inspections where required.
