Sr Adv Project Engineer

This position requires you to lead the program execution of the large project as the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule, and customer deliveries. You will be managing the prioritization of work packages, set the design goals and objectives, drive collaboration with multiple stakeholders and bring excellence in execution for on-time deliveries. You will be the driving force behind the success of the program and accomplish the goals with detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, establish day to day priorities and communicate the result to the global stakeholders.

You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership and work under matrix-based environment in the global context.

Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Lead the project life cycle (including the customer needs, schedule and scope definition, budget estimation, program planning and execution, and risk mitigations).
- Manage the program health and overall metrics for cost, schedule and risks.




- Addresses barriers and streamline the workflow to maximize efficiencies.
- Work with stakeholders and drive collaborations, define strategies for addressing the interdependencies and manage the relationship.
- Provide the effective communication and the direction to engineering team, and provide recognition and motivation to maximize the performance.
- Brings strong knowledge of Aerospace Products with exposure to computing hardware, communication interfaces and network systems.
- Brings high risks taking abilities, driving the results with do different strategies and execution of the idea from concepts to reality.
- Understanding of AEP (Aerospace Engineering Process) for program management.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION

- B.E./B.TECH, M.E./M.TECH or equivalent degree Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Aerospace domain
- Project Management Certification and experience in AGILE deployment
