Job Description:

Experience with EAM, CMMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM, MM, Maximo, Infor, JD Edwards).

Skilled Experience in Asset Management and MDM System Evaluation and Consulting

Experience in Digital Transformation & Digital Twin.

Predictive maintenance in smart factories using advanced technologies.

Development and management of Maintenance Master Data, including Functional Location, Equipment, Bill of Materials, Measuring Points, Counters, Maintenance Tasklists, Items and Plans, PM Materials, and Assembly; as well as validation of classification criteria. Knowledge to read and understand the engineering drawings and systems with integration

Knowledge of asset hierarchy, classification, performance management, and inventory optimization. Skilled in asset criticality analysis, FMEA, and RCM

Experienced in creating and optimizing material masters, including cataloguing, enrichment,



and spare part de-duplication.

Review vendor-recommended spares and SPIR. Catalogue MRO spares, validate / build BOMs, and perform spares criticality analysis and optimization.

Master Data Management (MDM) encompasses creation, classification, validation, verification, standardization, and enrichment activities, conducted in accordance with Asset Management Standards such as CFIHOS, ISO 55000, ISO 15926, ISO 15489, ISO 14224, and UNSPSC.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, analytical ability, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, focus on continuous improvement, and multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

1. To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.

2. To undertake training programs for new joinees

3. To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements

4. To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.

5. To update self on latest technologies and related areas
