Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development expertise and the potential to grow into a Technical Lead role. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to technical design and architecture.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.

Develop custom solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods).
-
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
-
Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce data models.
-
Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
-
Implement Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
-
Work across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
-
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
-
Handle ETL, data migration, and bulk data operations.
-
Implement OAuth and SSO authentication mechanisms.
-
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
-
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations.
Mandatory Skills

6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods).

Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Good experience with Aura Components.

Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Data Modeling.
