nJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced QA/QC skilled to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for Data Center and Commercial Building projects. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.n
- Ensure all civil construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.n




- Supervise quality inspections for RCC works, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, architectural finishes, and infrastructure works.n
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and quality documentation.n
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party agencies, and testing laboratories.n
- Monitor testing of construction materials including concrete, steel, aggregates, and other building materials.n
- Identify quality non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).n
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.n
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, material approvals, and quality dashboards.n
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and company quality standards.n
- Provide technical guidance and mentor the QA
