nOur Software helps online sellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With new sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
nResponsibilities

- Outbound calls to newly signed-up sellers to welcome and onboard themn
- Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-sharen
- Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical teamn
- Maintain call records and share daily feedbackn
nRequirements

- n
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and Englishn
- Confident and polite on calls; basic computer knowledgen
- Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training providedn
