nWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Senior Associate with 1+ years of experience specializing in the preparation and review of 1065 (Partnership) and 1120 (Corporate) tax returns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US federal and state tax regulations and demonstrate the ability to manage complex tax compliance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, with a primary focus on 1065, 1120c and 1120s forms.n
- Analyze and interpret complex tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities.n
- Perform detailed tax research and document findings to support tax positions.n
- Review and reconcile tax workpapers, general ledger entries, and financial statements.n
- Identify and resolve tax issues through thorough analysis and research.n
- Assist in managing client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for tax-related inquiries.n




- Support junior team members by providing training, guidance, and technical expertise.n
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting.n
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and industry developments to maintain compliance and improve processes.n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldn
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing and reviewing 1065, 1120s and 1120c tax returns.n
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax laws and regulations.n
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).n
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.n
