nWe are seeking a energetic and strategic 'Head of Finance/ Senior Manager Finance' to lead the Finance function for this business in Thiruttani. This role is responsible for complete financial governance, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit, and business partnering. The ideal candidate will ensure robust financial control, drive profitability improvements, and provide strategic insights to support management decision-making and long term business growth.

- Lead the finance team across accounting, FP&A;, costing, treasury, and compliance.n

- Conduct detailed P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.n
