nRole Description
nThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque's products with care and professionalism. Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records & follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
