nAbout The Role:
nSenior laboratory manager to lead and oversee our Residue Analysis and Trace Laboratory — ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, method validation, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and team management.
nKey Responsibilities:
nLaboratory Operations & Technical Leadership:

- Lead and oversee pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS instrumentationn
- Supervise analysis of pesticides, antibiotics, vitamins, melamine,



PFAS/PFOS, dioxins, furans, PAHs, PCBs, and other trace contaminantsn
- Implement and optimize QuEChERS and advanced sample preparation techniquesn
- Drive method development, verification, validation, and measurement uncertainty studiesn

nRegulatory & Quality Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with SANTE, AOAC, ISO/IEC 17025, FSSAI, and APEDA regulatory guidelinesn
- Handle internal audits, NABL assessments, customer audits, and regulatory inspectionsn
- Maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation, data integrity, and laboratory quality standardsn
- Review and approve analytical data, chromatograms, validation reports, and test reportsn
- Manage instrument qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshootingn
