nCNC Turning Operator
n* Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.
n* Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes.
n* Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
n* Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
n* Follow safety standards and carry out routine machine maintenance.
nHMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)
n* Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components.
n* Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
n* Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.
n* Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
n* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
nVMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center)
n* Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings.
n* Perform machine setup, tool loading,



and offset adjustments.
n* Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections.
n* Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.
n* Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines.
nSurface Grinder Machine Operator
n* Operate surface grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.
n* Set up workpieces and grinding wheels according to job requirements.
n* Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
