Job DescriptionRole Summary
nThe Associate Vice President (AVP) – Presales will lead the end-to-end Presales function, driving business growth through sales generation, profitability, learner acquisition, and operational excellence. The role is responsible for establishing scalable systems, operating models, governance frameworks, and high-performing teams to support sustainable business growth. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the AVP will drive strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and deliver an exceptional Learner experience.

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, enrolment, conversion, and profitability (P&L;) targets.n
- Drive business growth through funnel optimization, forecasting, and scalable operating models.n
- Design and establish scalable systems, governance frameworks, SOPs, automation, and performance management processes to improve operational efficiency.n
- Lead and develop high-performing leadership teams across regions and business verticals.n
- Drive workforce planning, hiring,



succession planning, and leadership development to build scalable and future-ready organizations.n
- Identify growth opportunities and define go-to-market strategies for current products, markets, and business initiatives.n
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, CRM governance, automation, and reporting.n
- Own executive dashboards and business reviews covering revenue, profitability, conversion, productivity, acquisition efficiency, and forecasting.n
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Finance, HR, and L&D; to improve business outcomes and Learner acquisition.n
- Enhance Learner experience through quality improvements, reduced escalations, and continuous process excellence.n
