Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist with a solid understanding of US accounting principles, taxation, and familiarity with India Payroll processes. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, invoicing, and billing, ensure compliance with both US and India taxation regulations, and handle agreements and contracts for consultants, employees, and customers, working on both full-time and contract bases.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxation (US):
Senior Accountant with 6+ years of offshore accounting experience and hands-on expertise in ADP payroll processing
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP.




Handle US federal, state, and local tax filings and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Provide tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities.

India Payroll & Taxation:
Administer payroll processing for employees and consultants in compliance with India regulations.
Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely payments under Indian tax laws.
Stay updated with changes in local tax laws and implement adjustments accordingly.

Invoicing & Billing (US & India):
Manage invoicing and billing processes for clients and vendors in both the US and India.
Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices and billing statements.
Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable and ensure records are updated.
