Job DescriptionAbout the role
nYou'll be the hands (and eyes) that bring our founder's content and brand stories to life on screen. Working closely with the Personal Brand & Content Lead, you'll take scripts and ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping video and photography — shooting, editing and delivering polished content across formats.
nWhat you'll do
n
- n
- Shoot video content — from founder-led talking pieces and interviews to social Reels, behind-the-scenes and event coverage.n
- Edit footage into finished pieces: cutting, colour, sound, motion graphics, subtitles and platform-specific versions (vertical, square, long-form).n
- Execute scripts and creative briefs, translating them into shot lists and a clear production plan.n
- Handle photography — portraits, product, lifestyle and event stills — and basic retouching.n
- Manage the full production workflow: pre-production prep, lighting and audio setup on set, and organised file/asset management post-shoot.n
- Maintain a rapid,
consistent output pipeline so the founder's presence stays active across channels.n
- Keep quality and brand consistency high across everything that ships.n
nWhat we're looking for
n
- n
- 2–5 years shooting and editing video, ideally for social-first and branded content.n
- Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci; After Effects a plus).n
- Solid grasp of framing, lighting and audio on set, plus comfortable operating camera gear independently.n
- Photography skills with an eye for composition and light.n
- Fast, reliable and organised — you can turn things around without dropping quality.n
- A portfolio/reel that shows range across video and photo.n
nNice to have
n
- n
- Experience creating founder- or personality-led content.n
- Motion graphics and sound design chops.n
nFamiliarity with AI video tools in the production pipeline.
