nAbout the Function: This role is responsible for driving sales across new and existing enterprise accounts by adding new revenue streams and ensuring deeper product penetration within existing customers. The role demands complete ownership of new order booking (OB) and revenue growth for assigned accounts.
nIt is a tactical leadership role with significant mid-term impact on business results and contributes to defining the direction of operating plans in line with the business strategy.
nYou will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities):
nDevelop sales strategies and plans to drive business growth across large enterprise accounts, including Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, BFSI, and other strategic industry segments.
nBuild strong, multi-level, and multi-functional relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors within client and partner organizations.
nIdentify, qualify,



and close new opportunities while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and account growth.
nCreate and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting through CRM tools (e.g., SFDC).
nOwn account strategy by understanding customers' strategic priorities, operational challenges, buying processes, and governance models.
nWork cross-functionally with Solutions, Bids & Commercial, Finance, Product, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution and delivery.
nRepresent the organization in high-level customer engagements to position the company as a trusted partner in IT, cloud, telecom, and digital transformation journeys.
nManage and grow strategic enterprise accounts with a focus on revenue expansion, customer retention, and long-term partnership development.
nEngage with CXOs and senior business stakeholders across large enterprises to drive strategic account growth and new business acquisit
