nJob Summary: We seek a self-motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll identify opportunities, engage procurement, IT teams, and decision-makers, and offer tailored IT hardware, software, and services solutions. Strong IT knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales drive are essential.

- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in SMB and Mid-Market segments through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting. Understand SMB and Mid-Market company challenges, budgets, and IT requirements. Engage with key stakeholders to position the company as their preferred IT partner.n

nProduct Knowledge & Solution Selling:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the companys IT offerings, including hardware, software, and services.



Provide customized recommendations that align with clients needs and budgets.n
- Coordinate and collaborate with product teams and technical specialists to acquire customers through technical consulting, custom solutions, proof-of-concept, and demos.n
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system to progress leads through the sales cycle and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.n
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for SMB and Mid-Market audiences, and partner with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.n
- Coordinate with technical teams & account managers to facilitate onboarding and pre/post-sale support.n
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with SMB and Mid-Market clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.n
