- Experience in supporting the end-to-end eLearning content development lifecycle from a visual design perspective, including content interpretation, visual concept development, storyboarding support, creation of multimedia assets (graphics, animations, audio/video), course build, quality assurance, and deployment.n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.n
- Solid collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.n
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.n

nTechnical Skills

- n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).n
- Experience with audio/video editing tools such as Camtasia and Audacity.n
- Experience in animation tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, Powtoon.n
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise.n
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).n
