nKey Responsibilities
n1. Lead Generation & Field Sales
n
- n
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and targeted outreach.n
- Conduct physical visits to educational institutes, schools, and coaching centers to build relationships and generate fresh leads.n
- Schedule and deliver engaging online/offline product demos of the Aulas app and web platform to decision-makers.n

n2. Client Relationship & Post-Sales Support

- n
- Understand customer pain points with patience and guide them smoothly through the onboarding process.n
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and app adoption.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for any usage-related queries.n

n3. Value-Adds (Bonus Responsibilities)

- n




- Contribute creative ideas for local and online marketing strategies.n
- Assist in managing social media handles and enhancing Aulas's online branding.n

nRequirements & Qualifications
n
- n
- Education & Experience: Graduate in any stream. Max 2 years of experience. Prior experience in sales, field sales, or customer relations is a big plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.n
- Language Proficiency (The Tri-Language Edge):n
- Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi.n
- Regional Language: Proficiency in a third native language is highly preferred (like Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Assamese etc.).n
- Tech Acumen: You must be highly comfortable using mobile applications and web software. While you don't need to code, you must be able to navigate and explain software easily to non-tech users.n
- Soft Skills: Smart, courteous, and extremely patient. Excell
