nAs the Compliance lead, you will play a critical part in driving a culture of compliance
nworking closely with leaders across the board.
nFocus Areas:

- Develop a comprehensive credit and lending compliance policies, procedures,n

nand controls as per latest guidelines

- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risksn

nassociated with co-branded credit card operations.

- Set up robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track compliance,n

nconduct internal audits, and create reports for leadership and regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk management,n

nand product development, to integrate compliance measures into our credit and lending processes.

- Help set up new processes for NBFC and lending operationsn
- Foster relationships with regulatory authorities, and staying updated on regulatory changes that impact our business.n
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the evolving credit and lending regulatory landscape to adapt compliance strategies accordingly.n

nProfile:

- Masters in Law/Finance & 6+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in fintech spacen
- In-depth knowledge of credit and lending regulations, including but not limited to consumer lending, business lending, fair lending practices, credit reporting,and privacy lawsn
