nLocation – Mumbai
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
n• Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring
nvisibility.
n• Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
n• Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners
n• Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the concerned area.
n• Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS
nreporting etc.
n• Sales Forecasting - Minimising the variances between forecast and actuals.
n• Execution of BTL activations, sampling activations in the region.
n• Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure.
nMinimum Qualifications - Preferably MBA
nOverall experience - 8 to 15 years
nRelevant experience – 8 to10 years in GT sales
nPreferred Companies - FMCG, OTC, Telecom
