SAP-PP/QM-Manager level-US Geo-Genuit

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA PP / QM transformation projects across assessment, design, build, testing, and go‑live phases.

- Own manufacturing and quality workstreams on full‑cycle SAP implementations.

- Drive client workshops, solution design sessions, and key decision forums.

- Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams; ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (MM, FI/CO, SD, PS, WM/EWM).

Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution shaping, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirement:

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with solid hands‑on expertise in SAP PP / PP‑PI and QM.

- At least 2 end‑to‑end SAP implementation cycles, including S/4HANA.





- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management.

- Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals.

- Working knowledge of GMP / GxP compliance and validation concepts.

- Excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder consulting environment.

Qualifications

Must-Have Certifications

- SAP S/4 HANA Production planning and manufacturing

Experience & Background

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- 10 + years of IT industry experience.
