This individual will oversee planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Planning and Execution Define objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria; manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align expectations and provide regular status updates.
- Risk and Issue Management Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage issues to minimize impact on delivery.
- Governance and Reporting Establish governance frameworks, monitor performance using KPIs,



and prepare executive-level reports.
- Resource and Budget Management Coordinate resource allocation, manage budgets and forecasts, and optimize utilization.
- Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project and program management.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
