Roles and Responsibilities -
- Lead end -to -end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post deployment support.
- Manage cross -functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure technical feasibility and maintain a balance between technical depth and project timelines.
- Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
- Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
- Manage project budgets, timelines,
and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices across teams.
