Technology Services – Program Administrator, Technology Program Operations

Make an impact with our Project
Management team as Program Administrator. This diverse team of professionals
effectively drives change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities
remain on track, on scope and within budget. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify and interpret business needs, plan
and organize resources and develop procedures and schedules that ensure
deliverables meet MNP’s commitment to quality and client service excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Support the execution
of operational and administrative activities across a technology program,
ensuring recurring processes, reporting, documentation,



and system
administration tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and on time

- Maintain program
trackers, logs, and operational records with high accuracy

- Process administrative
requests related to subscriptions, invoicing, licensing and ticket
tracking

- Support project
initiation and closure activities (e.g., project setup, documentation,
close-out tracking)

- Ensure all activities
align with defined program processes and standards

- Maintain and update
program trackers (cost trackers, reporting files, activity logs)

- Compile, clean, and
organize data from multiple sources into structured reports

- Prepare recurring
reporting outputs (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)

- Execute user access
setup, updates, and removals across program applications

- Perform routine audits
on user access, permissions, and account accuracy

- Maintain credential
management and secure access processes

- Support administration
of mailboxes, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)

- Track vendor
deliverables, compliance documentation, and reporting submissions

- Support follow-ups and
administrative coordination with vendors

- Maintain and update
knowledgebase content, SOPs,



and operational documentation

- Support translation and
formatting of documentation where required

- Upload and maintain
training materials and internal resources

- Monitor operational
automations and scheduled processes

- Identify and flag
issues or inconsistencies for escalation

- Execute predefined
troubleshooting or rerouting steps as required

- Track automation
performance and ensure completion of scheduled tasks

- ​Support execution of
data migration and system update tasks under direction

- Prepare and validate
data for migration activities

- Maintain tracking and
documentation of migration and transition activities.

Requirements

Skills:

- At least 2 years of
experience in administrative, operational, or program support roles

- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (data organization, formulas, reporting)

- Strong attention to
detail with ability to manage high volumes of repetitive tasks

- Proven ability to
follow structured processes and maintain consistency

- Experience working with
multiple systems, tools, or SaaS platforms

- Experience managing:

- Data entry, reporting,
and trackers

- Administrative
workflows and operational processes

- Ticketing systems
(e.g., ServiceNow or similar)

- Solid ability to learn
and adapt to new technologies and tools

- Comfortable working
across cloud-based business applications

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s

· Experience : 2+ years of experience
in administrative, operational, or program support roles
