Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children aged 3 to 6, fostering their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curricula and learning standards.
- Facilitate daily classroom activities that integrate play, exploration, and structured learning across key domains: language, numeracy, motor skills, social -emotional development, and creativity.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and document individual student progress through observational assessments, portfolios, and informal evaluations.
- Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to parents, guardians, and staff.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; diploma in Pre Primary Education is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in teaching children in a pre -primary or kindergarten setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
