About the role: We are looking for a sharp Oracle Supply Planning Analyst to manage our end -to -end planning processes using Oracle Fusion Supply Planning. You will be the central pivot for aligning supply with demand, running critical 'what -if' simulations, and driving planning accuracy across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
The Planner & Strategist
- Plan Execution & Analysis: Analyze the Supply Planning Workbench daily, focusing on Supplies, Demands, Material Plan results, and Plan Measures.
- S&OP; Cycle Management: Manage the monthly S&OP; demand loading and deploy the forecast accurately, enabling weekly/daily Forecast Spreading.
- Parameter Optimization: Review, maintain, and tune planning parameters: lead times, lot -sizing rules, time fences, and order modifiers to ensure plan health.
- Simulation & Scenario Planning: Utilize Simulation Sets / What -If Scenarios to assess the impact of NPI (New Product Introduction), ECOs, and capacity changes on supply.
- Pegging & Exception Handling:
Conduct pegging analysis to trace demand to specific supplies and execute a consistent planning routine focused on daily exception resolution.
- Master Data Integrity: Collaborate with the MDM team to ensure correct BOM structures, effectivity dates, and sourcing alignment for optimal plan accuracy.
