- Own program roadmap, planning, and execution for data engineering and analytics initiatives, including batch/real-time pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, BI, and ML solutions.n
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.n
- Drive large-scale data platform implementations leveraging cloud ecosystems, with a strong focus on GCP and/or Databricks.n
- Manage a portfolio of projects/programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, quality, risk, and cost.n
- Lead and mentor TPMs, project managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.n
- Establish governance frameworks, including program reviews, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.n
- Drive Agile transformation and delivery maturity, implementing best practices to enhance speed, predictability, and efficiency.n
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations,



particularly in complex, multi-team, and client-facing environments.n
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure scalable and reusable data solutions.n
- Own client communication and executive reporting, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.n
- Drive adoption and ROI for delivered solutions, ensuring measurable value for clients.n
- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.n

- 14–18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery, with 6+ years in Program Management/TPM roles.n
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs in a consulting or client-facing environment.n
