- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.n
- Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.n
- Monitor and improve the sales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency.n
- Own P&L; responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution.n
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.n
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and continuously improve the customer journey.n
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives and market expansion plans.n




- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.n
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L; management.n
- Solid experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.n
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.n
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.n
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred.n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-growth environment.n
