Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nKimirica Hunter International is building out its Business Excellence function — covering Operational Excellence, Quality, Process Governance, and continuous improvement across the Wet and Dry Plants. We're looking for a Junior Executive to support the OE Lead in driving hands-on improvement work: time studies, 6S, Kaizen, KPI tracking, and process documentation. This is a strong role for someone early in their career who wants direct, high-visibility exposure to how a manufacturing business actually runs — not a desk-only analytics role.
nKey Responsibilities
nOperational Excellence Execution

- n
- Support MOST / work-measurement studies and standard time documentation across production and warehouse operationsn
- Drive 6S implementation and audits across assigned zonesn
- Coordinate Kaizen submissions on the digital portal — track status, follow up with initiators and HODs, support closuren
- Assist with RCA & CAPA investigations for quality and process deviationsn
nKPI & Performance Tracking

- Maintain and update departmental KPI trackers (OTIF, productivity, PM compliance, etc.)n
- Prepare data and slides for monthly Business Excellence Reviewsn
- Support preventive maintenance schedule tracking and plan-vs-actual reportingn
nProcess & Documentation

- n
- Support SOP drafting and standardization in coordination with department HODsn
- Maintain accurate records for ongoing OE projects (SKU rationalisation, material aging, warehouse slotting, etc.)n
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers and presentations for leadership reviewsn
nQualifications & Experience
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Production preferred); a certification or coursework in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) is a plusn
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations settingn
- Prior exposure to Lean tools (5S/6S, Kaizen, time & motion study) preferred but n
