Job DescriptionAbout the Company Graniti Vicentia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and financial reporting function. This role requires 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (candidates with 7+ years and exceptional relevant experience may also be considered), including at least 3 years of direct people management experience leading a team of approximately 8–10 accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) back-office environment, including multi-currency accounting, revenue recognition, project/job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, AR/AP management, payroll oversight, and financial close for a large and growing business. Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is required. About the Role This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad. The position requires flexibility to work with global teams, including evening working hours up to 10:00 PM on designated days. Responsibilities Team leadership and management Lead, mentor,
