nWe're a growing interior design startup, and we're looking for someone who can hold a project from the first client conversation all the way to the last site visit — without losing the thread.
nWhat you'll do:

- Lead design development across premium residential projects end to endn
- Translate client briefs into spatial concepts that are precise, personal, and buildablen
- Produce and oversee drawings in SketchUp and CAD to a standard that leaves no room for interpretation on siten
- Work closely with 3D and execution teams to keep design intent intact through every stagen
- Own the client relationship on the design side — from concept presentation to final sign-offn
nWhat we're looking for:

- n
- B.Arch, B.Sc Interior Design,
or a Diploma in Interior Designn
- 4–6 years of experience in interior design with an architectural backgroundn
- Fluent in SketchUp and CAD — quick, accurate, no hand-holdingn
- Someone who understands structure, not just surfacesn
- Strong enough to push back on a brief when the design calls for itn
- Experience on residential projects preferredn
