nThis isn't a conventional travel sales role. You'll manage the complete customer journey—from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up—ensuring every client receives a seamless and memorable experience.
nKey Responsibilities
n* Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
n* Generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
n* Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets through consultative selling.
n* Design customised itineraries with curated hotels, experiences and logistics.
n* Present proposals, negotiate and close bookings.
n* Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, visas, documentation and vendor confirmations.
n* Ensure flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
n* Handle changes, special requests and on-trip support.
n* Drive repeat business,
