nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Program Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects and programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Coordinate IT projects and program activities from initiation to completion.n
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.n
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.n
- Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status updates.n
- Schedule project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.n
- Support project governance activities and ensure adherence to processes.n
- Maintain project documentation including plans,



trackers, and reports.n
- Assist in resource coordination and allocation activities.n
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.n
- Ensure timely communication across teams for smooth project execution.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.n
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project/program coordination.n
- Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).n
- Experience working with project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar tools.n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.n
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.n
