- Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Regionn
- Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targetsn
- Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Regionn
- Build solid relationship with partnersn
- Review and ensure Policy Compliancen
- Manage costn
- Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partnersn
- Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performancen
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targetsn
- Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedulen
- Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Regionn
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basisn
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Regionn
- Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicatorsn
- Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team membersn
- Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.n
- Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.n
- Exposure in crowd management.n
- Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.n
