This is a strategic leadership role focused on acquiring new Enterprise, MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients, and expanding enterprise accounts through strategic sales initiatives. This role is designed for professionals with extensive experience in new client acquisition, enterprise sales, and business development, with demonstrated success in securing MSP, VMS, and Direct Client partnerships within the US Staffing industry.

nKey Responsibilities
nDrive Strategic Client Acquisition
nDevelop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to expand the organization's presence across the US Staffing market. Identify, engage, and convert new Enterprise, MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients while creating a solid pipeline of high-value business opportunities that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
nGenerate Current Business Opportunities
nTake ownership of the complete business development lifecycle by identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, conducting discovery meetings, understanding workforce requirements, presenting staffing solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing new business opportunities.
