Key Responsibilities * Business Development & Lead Generation * Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels including outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. * Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. * Research industry trends, market opportunities, and potential customer segments. * Client Engagement & Sales * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions based on business objectives. * Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients.



* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs. * Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. * Relationship Management * Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation. * Support account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. * Sales Operations * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. * Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to management. * Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead management practices. * Market Intelligence * Stay updated on developments in CPaaS, SaaS, customer engagement technologies, and competitive market trends. * Identify emerging opportunities that can contribute to business expansion.
