nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate all banking operations.n
- Handle foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging contracts.n
- Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.n
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal fund utilization.n
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate funding for business operations.n
- Negotiate banking facilities, including loans, credit limits, and other financial arrangements.n
- Process and oversee domestic and international payment transactions.n
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.n
- Monitor interest rate movements and optimize the investment of surplus funds.n
- Track and monitor compliance with financial covenants in line with the organization's financial performance.n
- Prepare periodic treasury reports and management MIS.n




- Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor outstanding receivables.n
- Prepare periodic unaudited financial statements and financial projections to support loan enhancement and banking requirements.n

nQualifications

- B.Com with MBA (Finance) or equivalent.n
- CA Semi-Qualified.n

nExperience
n
- n
- B.Com + MBA: 5–9 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.n
- CA Semi-Qualified: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Sound knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, cash flow management, and foreign exchange, hedging, loan facilitation & negotiation with bankers.n
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.n
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Hands-on experien
