We are looking for a energetic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard, activate, and manage publishers with a strong focus on CPS campaigns.

- Acquire and build relationships with media buying affiliates and performance publishers.

- Expand the affiliate network through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and market research.

- Drive publisher engagement, activation, and revenue growth.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI.

- Collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech teams for seamless campaign execution.

- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and exclusive partnerships.





- Share campaign updates, creatives, and promotional materials with publishers.

- Reactivate dormant publishers and maximize existing account performance.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure publisher compliance.

- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.

- Solid experience in CPS campaigns.

- Proven experience in onboarding publishers and affiliate acquisition.

- Hands-on experience managing media buying affiliates.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar.

- Good knowledge of performance metrics including EPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, and Revenue.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
