We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our educational institution in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high -quality mathematics instruction to secondary -level students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and contributing to the academic growth and development of learners. This role is crucial in building solid mathematical foundations, promoting critical thinking, and inspiring students to excel in their studies. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues, implement curriculum standards, and support student success through innovative teaching methods and consistent assessment practices.
Responsibilities:
Deliver effective and engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for classes IX and X.
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding and problem -solving skills.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations; provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Collaborate with teaching staff to support curriculum development and school -wide academic initiatives.
Participate in professional development activities and school meetings as required.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Mathematics or related field.
Master of Arts (M.A) in Mathematics or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching mathematics to classes IX and X.
Preference given to local candidates from Bengaluru.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to use technology effectively in teaching and classroom management
