The
Infrastructure & Platform Lead will be responsible for
designing, operating, and continuously improving SecNinjaz’s
internal infrastructure and IT setting.
This
role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing
virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developer
platforms, and security infrastructure while leading a small team
of IT engineers. The candidate will also mentor junior
infrastructure engineers and help establish professional
operational standards.
You will
ensure that our internal systems are secure, resilient,
well-documented, professionally operated and compliant, forming
the backbone of our cybersecurity and product engineering
teams.
Candidates should
demonstrate strong understanding of secure infrastructure design
and operational security practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain
virtualization infrastructure
- Operate internal
technology platforms and services
- Maintain secure
networking and remote access infrastructure
- Implement monitoring,
alerting, and backup systems
- Improve
infrastructure documentation and operational processes
- Lead
and mentor junior IT / infrastructure engineers
Compliance & Governance
- Support and maintain
organizational compliance requirements related to IT
and cybersecurity
- Ensure infrastructure
and systems align with defined security and compliance
standards
- Assist in audits by
providing required technical evidence and documentation
- Maintain proper
access controls,
logging, and system configurations as per
compliance needs
- Continuously improve
infrastructure practices to align with evolving
compliancerequirements
